🖥️ How-To Guide: The Frameworks Section

This section is your main dashboard for monitoring the compliance status of all standards across your organization. It gives you a "bird's-eye view" of overall progress and provides tools to find specific information.

1. How to Filter Frameworks by Facility

This feature lets you see compliance progress for your entire organization or drill down to a single facility.

  • Step 1: Locate the "Filter by:" dropdown menu. You will find it on the right side of the page, just below the main "Frameworks / All - Organization" heading.
  • Step 2: Click on the box that currently says "All - Organization".
  • Step 3: A list will appear. Click on the specific facility you want to view, such as "Facility 01" or "Facility 02".
  • Step 4: The page will refresh to show you the framework progress and data for only the facility you selected.

2. How to Search for a Standard Name

If you know the name of a standard and want to find it quickly, use the search bar.

  • Step 1: Find the search bar located in the white panel just above the standard cards. It has placeholder text that says, "Search by standard name".
  • Step 2: Click inside the search bar.
  • Step 3: Type the name or a keyword for the standard you are looking for (e.g., "Person", "Clinical Care", "Environment").
  • Step 4: The list of framework cards below will automatically filter to show only the standards that match your search term.

3. How to Use the Advanced Filters

For a more granular search, you can use the advanced filters to find standards based on their status, specific outcomes, or required actions.

  • Step 1: To the right of the search bar, click the filter icon (which looks like three horizontal lines).
  • Step 2: This action will reveal a new "advanced filter" section with three dropdown menus:
  • Status: Click this to filter by completion status (e.g., "Progress", "Completed").
  • Outcomes: Click this to find all standards related to a specific outcome (e.g., "1.1", "2.3", "5.2").
  • Actions: Click this to find standards that require a specific action (e.g., "1.1.1", "1.1.2").
  • Step 3: Select your desired options from one or more of these dropdowns.
  • Step 4: Click the purple "Apply Filters" button to see your results.
  • Step 5: To clear these advanced filters, click the gray "Reset" button.

4. How to Read a Standard Card

Each card on the page is a summary of a single standard.

  • At the top: You will see the Standard number (e.g., "Standard 1") and the Standard name (e.g., "The Person").
  • In the middle: You will see a list of gray badges. These are the Outcomes associated with that standard (e.g., "1.1", "1.2", "1.3").
  • At the bottom left: You will see a circular ring chart. This shows the overall Progress percentage for that standard. The color of the ring and percentage indicates the status (e.g., 27% for Standard 1).
  • At the bottom right: You will see a purple "View" link.

5. How to View More Details

You have two options for drilling down into more specific information from this screen:

  • To View a Specific Outcome:
    1. On any standard card, find the outcome you want to explore (e.g., "1.2").
    2. Click on that outcome's gray badge. This will take you directly to the details page for that specific outcome.
  • To View the Entire Standard:
    1. On any standard card, find the purple "View" link at the bottom-right.
    2. Click this link to go to a detailed page that shows all the outcomes, actions, and evidence related to that entire standard.
