  • July–August 2025: Preparation

    • Assist your Home Care Package (HCP) care recipients in navigating the reforms.
  • September–October 2025: Deadlines & Training

    • Find out how to upload your revised pricing schedule to the My Aged Care Service and Support Portal.
    • Meet critical deadlines for submitting GPMS changes by 5:00 PM (AEDT) Friday 17 October 2025.
    • Finalise all claims and entry events (by 24 Oct for Residential, 31 Oct for Home Care).
  • November 2025: Go-Live
    • Deploy your internal digital and operational changes in preparation for the 1 November 2025 start date.
    • Complete the CRITICAL ACTION WINDOW from 3-7 November to verify and update your service and pricing information.
    • Engage with transitioning HCP care recipients to enter into new Support at Home service agreements.
