Does the amount of documentation get in the way of quality care? We asked 237 residential aged care workers and the answers weren’t black and white.

While 29% of aged care workers said documentation doesn’t impact care, 13% said it does, but the majority 58% gave conditional responses like “sometimes” or “it depends sharing nuanced insights shaped by real-world realities
